The First 6 Months
I was introduced to Rainbow Six when my son gave me the game for Christmas, 1998. He talked about how much fun he had playing in his clan "AoD", which at the time was one of the top clans on mplayer eventually retiring #1 on the MXL ladder. It wasn't until I bought a new computer on 3/27/99 that I was able to log on to mplayer. My friend from work, Steve Carson, a.k.a. CF_StRyKeR also started playing the game with me. We received some serious one on one instruction (butt kicking) from my son, AoD NiKiTa and became hooked on the game.
